Wondering where to log in?

If you have purchased a digital resource from Start Your Boutique LLC via shop.startyourboutique.com or any associated landing pages then you will have had an account automatically created for you on courses.startyourboutique.com.

This account is created using the email address that you used at the time of purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you checkout using PayPal, it might create an account using your PAYPAL email address, vs the actual email address you may have used on the cart page. 

After purchase, you will receive an invoice/order confirmation email.

Then you will receive a second email that prompts you to create a password for the account on courses.startyourboutique.com

You MUST finalize your account creation (through making a password) in order to access your dashboard.

Everything that you purchased will be accessible on your dashboard.

Troubleshooting:

1. I received my order confirmation/invoice but DID NOT receive my second email:

  • If you have purchased an item from Start Your Boutique before, then you will NOT receive a second email since you already have a student account. Simply log-in to courses.startyourboutique.com with your current email address and password to access your resources. If you do not remember your password, then select 'Forgot Password' and follow the prompts.

2. I DID NOT receive my order confirmation/invoice or my second email:

  • If this is your first time purchasing from Start Your Boutique, you may have input an incorrect email address upon checkout (ex: writing .con instead of .com). Get in contact with us at support@startyourboutique.com so we can fix your email address in our backend. Once the mistake in the email address is fixed, you will be able to log-in.

3. I DON'T see what I purchased on my dashboard:

  • If you already purchased from Start Your Boutique, it's possible that you may have bought this new resource using a different email address than the one related to your current student account. Contact us at support@startyourboutique.com so we can merge the accounts and grant you access to the resources you purchased.
  • If this is your first time ordering from Start Your Boutique and YOU CREATED YOUR OWN ACCOUNT at courses.startyourboutique.com AFTER PURCHASE then it's possible that you may have input an incorrect email address upon checkout (ex: writing .con instead of .com, etc). You will NOT see the resources that you've purchased because it is currently housed under the wrong email address since the accounts are created automatically. Contact us at support@startyourboutique.com so we can grant access to the digital resource(s) that you purchased.
